About Traditional Country Preserves

Traditional Country Preserves is an independent cottage industry well-established on the Marlborough tourist map. Nestled within the Saint Clair vineyard in Rapaura on Selmes Rd near the centre of Blenheim, Traditional Country Preserves produces gourmet foods and home-style preserves and jams.

That gives us a unique identity and complements the fine wines Marlborough is renowned for. A selection of those is available at Traditional Country Preserves, along with more than 50 of our preserves and sauces ready to sample in our tasting bar/customer service area. All win praise for their quality and flavour.

Visitors can view the kitchen and galley where the preserves are made on site, then browse around the displays of decorative giftware and attractively packaged gourmet foods in the show room. An art gallery is located in the attic upstairs, while outside seating arrangements provide a relaxed garden setting for Devonshire teas.
