All of our sugar free products use an all natural sugar substitute called Xylitol that tastes great.

Xylitol is a natural sweetener found in small quantities in many plants (including corn, lettuce and raspberries) and also in breast milk. It is classified as totally safe by the World Health Organisation with no restrictions on consumption.

With a glycaemic index of 7 it is a natural insulin stabiliser and will not raise blood sugar levels therefore is beneficial for diabetics. Xylitol is also appropriate for those who are watching their weight with 40% less calories than sugar and has protective effects.

Gluten Free

Gluten free diets are becoming increasingly common. Many of our products have always been gluten free, while we have created and adjusted others to remove the gluten, while retaining hte great tastes that our customers love.
